Curiousminds focus on transforming how education is taught in kindergarten classrooms in villages. We support systemic change that benefits children for generations, and we do this by giving teachers the training, support and resources they need. In Curiousminds classrooms, children become independent and confident learners.

How we do it

Sponsor Teachers

We find teachers who are passionate about teaching and willing to work in villages and sponsor them to get remuneration at par with what is available in the cities.

One-on-One Coaching

Literacy trainers train teachers in villages to guide and support them as they gain skills and confidence and integrate new techniques into their teaching.

Fill up Classrooms

We give colourful, engaging children’s books and provide tools, digital equipments and software applications they can use for classroom activities and literacy instruction that will help to create modern classrooms in rural areas.

Support the Ecosystem

We understand the importance of the support staff in early childhood education and care. They are included in our program to give training, support and the resources they need.
